A1 فخرو، عبد الناصر عبد الرحيم A2 موسى، محمود علي AB The study aimed at verifying the psychometric properties of the Illinois Scale of Perceived Bullying Behavior of Children with disabilities according to teachers’ opinion. The participants were 110 teachers in the Ministry of Education who were intentionally selected and agreed to respond to the study tool, implemented in the Teachers Syndicate Club in Ismailia Governorate, Arab Republic of Egypt. The study used the cross-sectional approach. Confirmatory factor analysis verified the structure of the scale and fitted to the sample data. The scale also demonstrated its ability to differentiate between bullying behaviors against people in the classes of female teachers from those of male teachers. It became clear that the bullying behavior among normal children and children with disabilities was so prevalent, followed by the abusive behavior. The results assured the victim’s inability to express what they were experiencing because of bullying, or because of the passive bystander, or because of urging colleagues to deter the bully as a kind of self assertion for students with low academic achievement as a mean of control over his colleagues.
