A1 بوكرين، كريم AB The Corona crisis has caused many tremors that have been linked to the essence of our gains regarding familiar and blemish-free issues of our era in a short time, but the truth is that the crises always invite us to review these gains and call them into question in the context of new developments and existing changes. Among these issues is the subject of citizenship, which this study under scrutiny seeks to pin down its characteristics against the backdrop of a sociological approach in which the concept of citizenship turns into a discrete and autonomous thought that transcends the narrow and stereotypical premise on which local belonging is based, and widens the concept framing within a globalized time that rejects disparities and differences, and endorses total human involvement in pursuit of a developing citizenship project, mobile and cognizant of the world issues, its crises and the imminence surrounding it. Thus, citizenship becomes an expression of deep humanity that can only yield fruit through an educational model based on democracy and justice, seeking to foresee a project of global citizenship, insofar as seeking to attain human well-being and welfare; a model which aims to manage and resist world crises at the same time.
