Through this study, we seek first to describe the nature of the cultural heritage in terms of the socialization of children, educational and cultural level of parents. In addition, we aim to analyze their effects on academic achievement. The method adopted is the descriptive analytical approach. We chose a sample consisting of four high schools consisting of one hundred pupils in the first and second level of secondary education in M’sila city. We used the following data gathering tools: observation, interview and questionnaire, form, and administrative records to detect the relation between the phenomenon and the variables that are relevant to the search. It was found that there is relationship between socialization, parents educational and cultural level and the academic achievement of the child.
