A1 الخزيري، حاتم بن درويش بن محمد A2 إسماعيل، عمر هاشم A2 الفهدي، راشد سليمان A2 الحاج، عبد الرحمن محمد أحمد A2 لاشين، محمد عبد الحميد A2 العريمي، حليس بن محمد بن حليس AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للتخطيط الاستراتيجي، وعلاقته بتطوير الأداء في مدارس محافظة مسقط، والكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين ممارسة مديري المدارس للتخطيط الاستراتيجي بتطوير الأداء، والكشف عن دلالة الفروق في متوسطات تقديرات مديري مدارس محافظة مسقط لدرجة ممارسة التخطيط الاستراتيجي وتطوير الأداء وفقا لمتغيرات دراسة الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، ومتغير سنوات الخبرة العملية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتم إعداد استبانة مكونة من (43) فقرة، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (146) مديرا ومديرة، وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، ومعاملات الارتباط، واختبار (ت)، وتحليل التباين الآحادي. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة هي: 1) بلغت درجة موافقة أفراد العينة لممارسة مديري المدارس بمحافظة مسقط للتخطيط الاستراتيجي وتطوير الأداء، درجة عالية جدا. 2) توجد علاقة ارتباطية طردية موجبة قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة إحصائية (0.01= α) بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للتخطيط الاستراتيجي، وبين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة بتطوير الأداء في مدارس محافظة مسقط. 3) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير الجنس في محور التخطيط الاستراتيجي وتطوير الأداء، ولصالح الإناث. 4) لا توجد فروق ذات داللة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05= α) بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للتخطيط الاستراتيجي، وتطوير الأداء في مدارس محافظة مسقط تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة العملية. وعلى ضوء نتائج الدراسة الميدانية، والاطلاع على الأدب النظري، تم وضع الإجراءات المقترحة لتطوير ممارسة مديري المدارس للتخطيط الاستراتيجي، وعلاقته بتطوير الأداء في مدارس محافظة مسقط. (ملخص المؤلف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to identify the degree of school principals practice of strategic planning and its relationship to developing performance in schools in the Governorate of Muscat to reveal the correlation between school principals practice of strategic planning in developing performance and to reveal the significance of the differences in the averages of the Muscat Governorate school principals estimates of the degree of strategic planning and performance development. According to the variables of the study of gender, academic qualification and the variable of years of practical experience. So, to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach and a questionnaire consisting of (43) items were prepared, and the study sample reached (146) managers. The statistical analysis was done using arithmetic averages, standard deviations, and coefficients. Correlation, (T) test and analysis of unilateral variance and among the most important findings of the study are: 1) The degree of approval of the sample members for the practice of school principals in the Muscat Governorate for strategic planning and performance development was very high. 2) There is a strong positive correlation relationship with statistical significance at the level of statistical significance (α = 0.01) between the averages of the sample members estimates of the degree of school principals practice of strategic planning and the averages of the sample individuals estimates of performance development in the schools of Muscat Governorate. 3) There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the averages of the sample individuals ’estimates due to the gender variable in the axis of strategic planning and performance development, and in favor of females. 4) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the averages of the sample members estimates of the degree of school principals practice of strategic planning and the development of performance in the schools of Muscat Governorate due to the scientific qualification variable, years of practical experience. According to the results of the field study, and access to the theoretical literature the proposed procedures were developed to develop the practice of school principals for strategic planning, and its relationship to developing performance in schools in the Governorate of Muscat.
