A1 الهيموني، نور زياد عبد الفتاح A2 حجة، حكم A2 مخامرة، بلال خليل يونس A2 أبو منشار، منال ماجد AB هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة ممارسة متطلبات إدارة الصّفوف الافتراضيّة لدى الهيئة التدريسيّة في جامعة الخليل من وجهة نظرهم، تبعا لمتغيرات كلّ من الجنس ونوع الكليّة وسنوات الخدمة والتفرغ. وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج المدمج لتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة. وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع أعضاء الهيئة التدريسيّة في جامعة الخليل، والبالغ عددهم (428) عضو هيئة تدريس، وأخذت عينة طبقية عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة بلغت نسبتها (20%) بناء على متغير التفرغ، وقد بلغ عدد أفراد العينة (86) عضو هيئة تدريس، وتمّ إجراء المقابلات مع (10) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس، حيث بنت الباحثة أداتي الدراسة، وهما: الاستبانة، التي تكونت من (49) فقرة موزّعة على أربعة مجالات، هي على الترتيب: التخطيط للمحتوى التدريسيّ، متطلبات متعلّقة بالمقرر الدراسيّ، المتطلبات التكنولوجيّة والتدريبية، متطلبات إدارة التفاعل الافتراضي وتنظيمه، والمقابلة التي تضمّنت مجموعة من الأسئلة المفتوحة التي تتعلّق بممارسة متطلبات إدارة الصّفوف الافتراضيّة والمرتبطة بمجالات الاستبانة. وظهرت النتائج الآتية:1) درجة ممارسة متطلبات إدارة الصّفوف الافتراضيّة لدى الهيئة التدريسيّة في جامعة الخليل من وجهة نظرهم بشكل عام جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة. 2) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) في درجة ممارسة متطلبات إدارة الصّفوف الافتراضيّة لدى الهيئة التدريسيّة في جامعة الخليل من وجهة نظرهم تعزى إلى متغيرات (الجنس، وسنوات الخدمة، ونوع الكلية، والتفرغ ). وبناء على النتائج قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات، كان من أهمّها: أهميّة تفعيل التعليم الإلكترونيّ وأنماطه في المؤسّسات التعليميّة والتربويّة؛ للارتقاء بالعملية التعليميّة والنهوض بها إلى مستوى متقدم ومتطور،وتدريب أعضاء الهيئات التدريسية في كافة القطاعات التعليميّة على استخدام التقنيات التكنلوجيّة الحديثة، واطلاعهم على كلّ ما هو جديد في عالم التكنلوجيا المرتبطة بالتعليم،وتقديم الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل المتعلّقة بالتعليم الإلكترونيّ وكلّ ما يتعلّق بها لهم بشكل دوريّ؛ لتطوير مهاراتهم بشكل مستمر. The researcher used Mixed methodology to achieve the study's objectives. the study population consisted of all faculty members at Hebron University, their number was (428) faculty members, and a stratified random sample of(20%) of the faculty members was chosen according to the full-time variable, They were (89) faculty members, and interviews were conducted with (10) faculty members. The researcher used questionnaires and interviews as tools for data and information collection. The questionnaire, which consisted of (49) paragraphs distributed on four fields, arranged in order as follows: planning for teaching content, requirements related to the course, technological and training requirements, requirements for managing and organizing virtual interaction. And the interview, which included a set of open questions related to the practice of virtual classroom management requirements and related to the fields of questionnaire. The following results appeared: 1) The degree of practicing the requirements of virtual classroom management among the faculty members at Hebron University, from their point of view, in general, came to a high degree. 2) There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) in the degree of practicing the requirements of virtual classroom management among the faculty members at Hebron University from their point of view due to the variables (gender, years of service, type of college, and full-time). Based on the results, the researcher presented many recommendations, the most important of which were: the importance of activating e-learning and its patterns in educational institutions; To upgrade the educational process and advance it to an advanced and developed level, train lecturers and teachers in all educational sectors to use modern technological techniques, inform them of everything new in the world of technology related to education, and provide training courses and workshops related to e-learning and everything related to it to the lecturers on a regular basis; To continuously develop their skills.
