A1 العمري، عائشة بلهيش محمد A2 العوهلي، دلال بنت عبد الرحمن AB The study aimed to identify the degree of employment of the (Chatbot) to improve the quality of education and develop creative thinking skills from the point of view of educational technology professionals. Four different tools were built to achieve the objectives of the study: List of education quality standards that the (Chatbot) seeks to improve? and a list of creative thinking skills that the (Chatbot) seeks to develop, a survey to identify the degree of employing the (Chatbot) to improve the quality of education from the point of view of educational technology professionals, and a survey to identify the degree of employment of the (Chatbot) to develop creative thinking from the point of view of educational technology professionals. The descriptive analytical approach was used, and the study sample consisted of a random sample of (32) specialists in educational technology from most Saudi universities. The results of the study revealed that the study sample largely agree with the employment of the (Chatbot) to improve the quality of education and develop creative thinking skills and the results of the study revealed that the creative thinking skills that the (Chatbot) seeks to develop from the point of view of technology specialists ranged between a large degree and very large, and that the standards of education quality that the (Chatbot) seeks to improve came to a large degree.
