A1 باوزير، منى مالك أحمد A2 العبد الجبار، عبد العزيز AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمات برامج صعوبات التعلم في مدينة الرياض، وفق عدد من المتغيرات، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اختارت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي منهجا، ومن الاستبيان أداة لدراستها. تكونت العينة من جميع معلمات ذوات صعوبات التعلم والبالغ عددهن (418) معلمة. أشارت نتائج الدراسة أن الرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلمات في برامج صعوبات التعلم تراوح ما بين المتوسط في بعدي العلاقة مع المسؤولات والزميلات والتطوير والتدريب والتحفيز والمكافأة، بينما كان مرتفعا في بعد طبيعة العمل، ولا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلمات في برامج صعوبات التعلم تعزى لمتغير العمر أو موقع السكن أو متغير الدورات التدريبية، أو متغير الخبرة أو المؤهل الدراسي، أو عدد التلاميذ الذين يتم تدريسهم. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aimed to examine the level of job satisfaction among Female Teachers of Learning disabilities programs in Riyadh according to number of variables, and in order to achieve goals of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach and questionnaires were her tool of study, the study sample was composed of (418) female teacher of learning disabilities programs, and the results were as following that Job satisfaction among female teachers was medium in the dimensions of (relationships with officials and colleagues - training and motivation and reward) but it was high in the dimension of nature of work. There weren’t statistical significance differences in job satisfaction among female teachers of learning disabilities programs related to the variable of age and place of residence, and variable of training courses, and variable of experience or academic qualification, and variable of number of pupils being taught.
