A1 الفضلي، منى عبد المحسن A2 المغربي، عفاف علي محمد AB هدف البحث إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة نشر ثقافة العمل التطوعي لتحقيق الشراكة المجتمعية لدى مديرات المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بجدة، والكشف عن درجة الإختلاف في وجهات نظرهن باختلاف الخبرة، والتعرف على المعوقات التي تواجههن لممارسة نشر ثقافة العمل التطوعي لتحقيق الشراكة المجتمعية. منهجية البحث وادواته استخدم المنهج الوصفي، وتم بناء استبانة تضمنت ممارسات مديرة المدرسة الثانوية، والمعوقات التي تواجهها لنشر ثقافة العمل التطوعي لتحقيق الشراكة المجتمعية. وتكوّن مجتمع البحث من جميع مديرات المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بجدة، وشملت عينة البحث جميع أفراد مجتمع البحث .أظهر نتائج البحث ضعف ممارسات مديرات المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بجدة لنشر ثقافة العمل التطوعي لتحقيق الشراكة المجتمعية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لوجهات نظر مديرات المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بجدة لدرجة ممارسة نشر ثقافة العمل تعزى لمتغير الخبرة، وظهرت معوقات تعيق المديرات عن ممارسة نشر ثقافة العمل التطوعي بدرجة عالية. واوصى البحث بزيادة اهتمام في وزارة التربية والتعليم بالعمل التطوعي، واعتماد عدد من ساعات التطوع كمتطلب لتخرج الطالبات وتفعيل دور الإعلام في بث الوعي في نفوس أفراد المجتمع بالعمل التطوعي. واهم المقترحات دراسة المعوقات التي تواجه الفتيات لممارسة العمل التطوعي، ودراسة دور مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي في نشر ثقافة العمل التطوعي في المدارس. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The aim of this study is to Identify the level of spreading the culture of volunteerism towards achieving community partnerships among female directors of the governmental secondary schools in Jeddah. The research use a Qualitative surveys Society and sample of the Research :includes all the female directors of secondary schools in the City of Jeddah The tool of the research is a survey was developed which included two main areas: 1) the practices of the female director of the governmental secondary school in Jeddah. 2) The obstacles which face the female director of the governmental secondary school in Jeddah The most important results of the research: The research indicated weak practices among female directors of governmental secondary schools in Jeddah in spreading the culture of volunteerism towards achieving community partnerships, and the presence of statistically significant differences in the views among those directors which can be attributed to the variable of experience. Furthermore, the research also indicated the presence of significant obstacles which hinder the directors’ efforts in spreading the culture of volunteerism. The Most important recommendations of the Research: The research recommended the importance of increasing the attention in the Ministry on the programs and activities which enhance volunteerism and the inclusion of specific plans related to it. The inclusion of specific volunteering hours as requirements for the student’s graduation, the development of mechanisms to improve the levels of cooperation between the school and the local.
