A1 جبر، رشا عبد الله بغدادي A2 زغيبي، رفيف مروان طاهر AB The study aimed to identify to what extent it can be considered that information and communication technology in education for the post graduate students at the Arab American University is based on a clear and programmed policy in the light of lessons learned from distance teaching during the Corona pandemic. Three main axes were identified for discussion and analysis, represented by the university’s policy and strategy, the cultural level, and the reality of technology investment as an educational and learning medium at the Arab American University. For several results, as the Corona crisis caused a shift in the university’s policy, as the e-learning policy was adopted as a priority within its strategic plan, and it was found that the use of information and communication technology is important in improving the quality of the educational process and has an impact on all elements in the educational process, and a role in improving strategies that facilitate scientific research operations, focusing on the role of educational policies in creating an environment that embraces technology The Arab American University has reached an advanced stage of integrating technology into the educational process, as it has dealt with the integration process at several levels, including those related to enriching curricula, some of which are concerned with conducting scientific experiments, and some of which are concerned with following modern teaching strategies, the study recommended the necessity of analyzing the actual content of the technological policy in Palestinian universities, and identifying the objectives of integrating information and communication technology into higher education institutions in Palestine. (such as developing scientific competencies, improving the skills of using technology, enhancing the levels of knowledge and research among students and supporting self-learning among students). And providing Internet & computers to all students in a way that contributes in equal educational opportunities for all students, and recommended identifying the challenges of integrating information and communication technology into education, especially for the post graduate students; (policy challenges and organizational structures, challenges related to educational staff, challenges related to students, challenges related to educational curricula, funding challenges, challenges related to educational administration, and challenges related to civil society and the family), and achieving compatibility between the level of energies and the level of ability to keep pace with technological development in a way that contributes to the development of competencies and abilities of students; Thus, achieving comprehensive technological development in higher education institutions, to adopt the proposed model of information and communication technology policy at the Arab American University.
