A1 طردة، فادي محمود أحمد A2 مخامرة، كمال خليل AB This study aimed to Know the degree to which secondary school principals in the Hebron Education Directorate practice transformational leadership and its relationship to the level of teachers’ empowerment from their perspectives, The study population consisted of all secondary school teachers in the Hebron Education Directorate in the 2022 academic year, and their number was (868), including (303) male and (383) female teachers. The study sample consisted of (147) male and female teachers who work in secondary schools in the Hebron Education Directorate, and they were chosen by stratified random method. The study used the descriptive correlative approach, and the study concluded that the level of practice of transformational leadership by secondary school principals in the Hebron Education Directorate came to a High degree with an average of (3.58), and that the level of empowerment of secondary school teachers in the Hebron Education Directorate from their perspectives also came with a degree of High with an average of (3.62), and the study found a very strong direct correlation between the practice of transformational leadership by secondary school principals and the level of teacher empowerment, where the correlation coefficient of the relationship between them was (0.868). The study recommended maintaining a high degree of transformational leadership practice, preparing training programs in Palestinian schools for transformational leaders, and paying attention to the behaviors and elements of transformational leadership to increase teacher empowerment.
