A1 شقيرات، عبير عدنان A2 شقيرات، تهاني خليل AB The study aimed to identify the role of electronic leadership in the management of educational crises from the point of view of secondary school teachers in East Jerusalem. The study sample consisted of (141) male and female teachers, including (59) male and (82) female teachers, who were selected by simple random method from (10) schools. The study tool consisted of the electronic leadership axes and the educational crises management axes, and it consisted of (32) items. The study found that the role of secondary school teachers in electronic leadership came at the total level to a large degree, respectively, in the dimension of cultural competencies, and the dimension of skills to use electronic technology. The management of educational crises at the total level to a large degree, in the following order for the dimension of use planning, the dimension of activating communication, the dimension of decision-making, and the dimension of crisis management. The results showed the existence of a correlation between the dimensions of electronic leadership and the dimensions of managing educational crises. The study concluded with many recommendations, the most important of which is that it is necessary to shift from the traditional to electronic leadership in the management of the educational institution. And training of its employees on the skills of using them, and forming work teams to manage educational crises.
