A1 بن حكومة، مصطفى أحمد أحمد A2 الكشر، إسمان عمران A2 شقاف، المبروك رحيل المختار AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى ممارسة التخطيط الاستراتيجي لدى القيادات الأكاديمية بكليات التربية بجامعتي الأسمرية الاسلامية والمرقب في ضوء معايير الاعتماد وضمان جودة مؤسسات التعليم العالي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتصميم استبانة خاصة لجمع البيانات من القيادات الأكاديمية بكليات التربية في جامعة المرقب للتعرف حول درجة ممارسة التخطيط الاستراتيجي، ومعايير الاعتماد وضمان الجودة بأبعاده الثمانية (التخطيط الاستراتيجي، الهيكل التنظيمي والقيادة والإدارة، الموارد وخدمات التعليم، أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة، الطلاب والخريجون، برامج التعليم والتعلم، الدراسات العليا والبحث العلمي وخدمات المجتمع والبيئة، وضمان الجودة واستمراريتها). وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود ممارسة ضعيفة للتخطيط الاستراتيجي لدى القيادات الأكاديمية في كليات التربية بجامعة المرقب بوزن نسبي (41%).، وأن درجة تحقق معايير الاعتماد وضمان الجودة في كليات التربية بلغت (53.2%) وبدرجة تقدير (متوسطة)، وأن محور (برامج التعليم والتعلم) جاء أعلى متطلبات الاعتماد تحققاً بوزن نسبي (65%) وبدرجة تقدير (متوسطة)، وأن أقل متطلبات الاعتماد تحققاً كان لصالح محور (الطلاب والخريجون) بوزن نسبي (23.4%) وبدرجة تقدير (ضعيفة جداً)، وأن محور (ضمان الجودة واستمرايتها) جاء بدرجة تحقق ضعيفة بوزن نسبي (40.2%) وبدرجة تقدير (ضعيفة). (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing the academic leaders of the strategic planning in the education colleges of both Islamic Alasmarya University and Al-Mergeb in light of standards and quality assurance. In order to achieve the objectives of the study and testing its hypothesis, the analytical and descriptive approach was used and questionnaire was designed to collect the data from the academic leaders in education colleges of the Al-Mergeb University about the degree of practicing the academic leaders to strategic planning and Accreditation Standards and Quality Standards with the eight dimensions (Strategic Planning , Organizational Structure/ Leadership/ Management, Resources and Education Services, Members of the faculty and Support Staff, Students and Graduates, Education and Learning Programs, Postgraduate Studies/ Education, Sciences Research/Community Services and Environment, and Quality Assurance).The concluded a set of conclusions which are: There is a weak practice of strategic planning among academic leaders in the faculties of education at Al Merqeb University with a relative weight of (41%). The degree of achievement of accreditation and quality assurance standards in the faculties of education reached (53.2) with a grade of (medium), and that The dimension (teaching and learning programs) came as the highest requirements for accreditation which achieved with a relative weight of (65%) and with a grade of (medium), and the minimum accreditation requirements was achieved for the benefit of the dimension (students and graduates) with a relative weight of (23.4%) and with a grade of (very weak), and the dimension (Quality Assurance and Continuity) came with a weak verification score with a relative weight of (40.2%) and a (weak) rating.
