A1 عبد النعيم، إيمان محمود محمد AB هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التمكين الإداري في تحقيق الإبداع لدى المعلمين، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، والتي طبقت على عينة تكونت من (300) معلم من معلمي المرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية في الإدارات الخمسة في محافظة أسوان. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها ما يلي: أن التمكين الإداري في مدارس المرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية في الإدارات الخمسة في محافظة أسوان جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وأن هناك علاقة قوية وإيجابية بين التمكين الإداري للمعلمين وتحقيق الإبداع لديهم، وأن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتغير المستقل وهو التمكين بأبعاده الخمسة مجتمعة؛ (تفويض السلطة، وتشكيل فرق العمل، والتدريب المستمر، والاتصال الفعال، والتحفيز) على المتغير التابع وهو الإبداع. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to highlight the role of empowerment in the creativity of teachers, the study used an analytical descriptive approach and the questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, and was applied to a sample consisting of 300 preparatory and high school teachers in the five departments of Aswan governorate. Illustrated a group of important results as follow: the administrative empowerment of preparatory and high schools in the five departments of Aswan governorate was with a middle degree, there is a strong and positive relationship between the administrative empowerment of teachers and their achievement of creativity, and there is a statistically significant effect among the independent variable which is the combined five dimensions of empowerment (delegation of authority, formation of team works, continuous training, effective communication and motivation) on creativity.
