A1 لطفي، هناء محمد جلال جمال الدين AB The current study aimed to identify the reality of the application of digital leadership for public secondary school principals in Menoufia Governorate from the teacher's point of view in light of the international society for technology in education and ways to activate it. The study sample consisted of (293) male and female teachers in public secondary schools in Menoufia governorate, representing (6%) of the study population. Among the most important findings of the current study were the following: reality of the application of digital leadership for the principals of public secondary schools in Menoufia governorate obtained a medium degree, and with are lative weigh of (63.24%), there no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05%) between the average estimates of the study sample members of the reality of the application of digital leadership for principals of public secondary schools in Menoufia governorate, according to the variables of gender and educational qualification. The current study concluded that among the procedural proposals that contribute to activating the application of digital leadership for principals of public secondary schools in Menoufia Governorate are the following: ensuring that all students have skilled teachers who use technology to meet students’ learning needs, spreading a culture of digital transformation among school staff.
