A1 بخيت، محمد السيد A2 سلامة، زينب محمد A2 عبد الله، نسمة محمد بكري AB The present study aimed to investigate the relationship of psychological resilience with professional motivation among kindergarten teachers. The study also aimed at identify differences in the years of experience in the variable of professional motivation. The sample of the study consisted of (200) female teachers of kindergartens in Fayoum Governorate, whose age ranged between (26-45 years), The study tools included psychological resilience, and professional motivation. The study reached the following results: there is a positive correlation relationship between psychological resilience and professional motivation, the results also indicated that there are differences between kindergarten teachers in years of experience in professional motivation in the direction of years of experience (3-5 years). The results also indicated that psychological resilience contributes significantly to the prediction of professional motivation.
