A1 أحمد، طارق سيد عبد العظيم A2 الحوامدة، نبيل زعل عبد الرحمن AB هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور وسائل الإعلام في تنمية الوعي بالتراث الثقافي. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم توزيع استبانة على عينة عشوائية من طلاب جامعة حائل. بلغ عددهم (160) طالباً وطالبة. وباستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية لاختبار فروض الدراسة. أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن: 1) الغالبية العظمى من أفراد العينة موافقون إلى حد ما على دور وسائل الإعلام في تنمية الوعي بالتراث الثقافي بصفة عامة. 2) لا توجد فروق بين الذكور والإناث فيما يرتبط بإدراكهم لدور وسائل الإعلام في تنمية الوعي بالتراث الثقافي. 3) لا توجد علاقة بين درجة الوعي لدي المجتمع المحلي في حائل بأهمية التراث الوطني وضرورة المحافظة عليه ودور وسائل الإعلام تنمية الوعي بالتراث الوطني. The researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach. To achieve the objectives of the study (160), questionnaires were distributed to a random sample of students from the University of Hail, (SPSS) the Statistical Package for Social Sciences program was used to test the hypotheses of the study. The results of the study showed that: 1) the vast majority of respondents agrees to some extent on the role of the media in developing the interest of students of the local cultural inheritance in general. 2) There are no differences between males and females with regard to the role of the media. 3) There is no relationship between the degree of consciousness among the local community in Hail of the importance of national heritage and the role of the media in that matter.
