The researcher took all the students in College of Education for women in Tikret University. The population reach (634) students in colluding Humanistic and sciences departments as the following: 1) (437) students sciences departments. 2) (197) students Humanism. Most of the students didn’t know how to spend their times in daily University and that cussed low level in their achievement.
