A1 الوائلي، سعاد عبد الكريم A2 جلال، رافع صالح A2 خضير، بلال خالد AB This study aimed to identify the perceived self-efficiency for Arabic language teachers at the preparatory stage in Iraq and its relationship with the school adaptation to their students. The researchers chose a sample of (120) teachers and their students totaling (240) for the application of the study, the researchers prepared the two instruments represented by self-efficiency standard of teachers and adaptation standard of students. The results of the study revealed that acquiring Arabic language teachers for self-efficiency was at a moderate degree, and there were differences in efficiency an among teachers for benefit of female ones. No differences in academic qualification among teachers found, but they were in experience for the benefit of two years and over, as well as there was areolation ship between self-efficiency of teachers and schools’ adaptation of students. In the light of the results obtained the study came out with several recommendations and suggestions.
