A1 الكراعي، قاسم خلف كجوان نصيف AB يهدف البحث إلى قياس الاستقرار النفسي لدى مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور - إناث) إذ تكونت عينة البحث من مدرسي ومدرسات المراحل الثانوية في مدينة تكريت والبالغ عددهم (80) مدرسا ومدرسة بواقع (40) مدرسا و (40) مدرسة، وكانت أداة البحث الاعتماد على مقياس الاستقرار النفسي المعد من قبل (طبيل، علي حسين وآخرون، 2008) والمكون من (28) فقرة وتم استخراج الصدق الظاهري من خلال عرضه على مجموعة من المحكمين والبالغ عددهم (6) وتم استخراج الثبات إذ بلغت قيمته (0.83). أظهرت النتائج اتصاف مدرسي المرحلة الثانوية بمستوى عال من الاستقرار النفسي، ووجود فرق بين الذكور والإناث في الاستقرار النفسي لصالح المدرسين. وكانت الوسائل الإحصائية المستخدمة في هذا البحث هي: الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة. T-Test for one، ومربع كاي لإيجاد نسبة اتفاق المحكين على صلاحية فقرات المقياس، والاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين لمعرفة الفرق بين مستوى الاستقرار النفسي بين الذكور والإناث. ووفقا لنتائج البحث قدم الباحث عددا من التوصيات والمقترحات.
