A1 البرعي، العزي علي محمد A2 ملحه، مجيده سعيد عايض AB تحدد موضوع وهدف الدراسة في التعرف على دور قائدات المدارس في مواجهة الاختراق الثقافي لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة الرياض. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي للتعرف على دور قائدات المدارس في مواجهة الاختراق الثقافي لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية بمدينة الرياض، من وجهة نظر المعلمات، واستخدمت الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، حيث طبقت على عينة من معلمات تحفيظ القرآن للبنات بالمرحلة الثانوية بشمال مدينة الرياض بلغ عددهن (60) معلمة. وقد توصلت الدراسة عدد من النتائج من أبرزها: 1) تعددت وسائل الاختراق الثقافي التي تباشر تأثيرها على الطالبات، وجاء في مقدمتها: استخدام المسلسلات والأفلام التي تنقل أفكار منافية لثقافة المجتمع السعودي، تروج بعض الأفكار الهدامة عبر التواصل الاجتماعي. 2) تنوعت طرق مواجهة الاختراق الثقافي لدى الطالبات من قبل قائدات المدارس، وابرازها تعريف الطالبات بواجباتهن نحو حماية دينهن ووطنهن، وحث الطالبات على التمسك بالمعتقدات والأعراف الإسلامية. هذا وقد توصلت الدراسة الى عدد من التوصيات الإجرائية المرتبطة بتلك النتائج، والتي تطرقت الى أساليب القائدة المدرسية في مواجهة الاختراق الثقافي بوسائله المتعددة التي تتعرض لها الطالبات. The study relied on the descriptive approach to identify the role of school leaders in facing cultural penetration of secondary school students in Riyadh from the point of view of the teachers. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool and the sample of (60) female teachers of Quran memorization for girls of secondary stage in north of Riyadh. The study indicated a number of results, the most important of the results are: 1) there are many cultural penetration methods that affect the female students. The first is the use of serials and films that convey ideas contrary to the culture of Saudi society, which promote destructive ideas through social communication. 2) The methods of addressing the cultural penetration of female students by the school leaders have been varied, and they have made it clear to students about their duties to protect their religion and homeland, and where students adhere to Islamic beliefs and customs. The study reached a number of procedural recommendations related to these results, which dealt with the methods of the school leader in the face of cultural penetration through the various means that the students are exposed to.
