The researcher used a descriptive and analytical method. The researcher used the questionnaire tool to measure "the role of educational programs in the local media in enhancing the entrepreneurial skills of the female Palestinian university students" and the interview tool to identify ways to develop this role. The study population consist of (415) female students in the media in the Palestinian universities in the governorates of Gaza – Palestine. In addition to (32) of the teachers of the Media Department at AlAqsa and Islamic Universities. The two samples of the randomly selected study consisted of (250) female students from the Islamic and Al-Aqsa University, and (238) questionnaires were retrieved, (95.2%), which is an appropriate percentage for statistical treatments and (5) teachers. The study drew a number of findings, the most important of which are: 1) The degree of practicing educational programs in the local media for its role in enhancing the entrepreneurial skills of Palestinian university students with a relative weight of (71.86%), where technical skills ranked third with a relative weight of (70.39%), and administrative skills ranked second with a relative weight of (71.53) %), While soft skills ranked first, with a relative weight of (74.09%). 2) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the averages of the study sample's scores on the role of educational programs in the local media in enhancing the entrepreneurial skills of the female Palestinian university students due to the university variable. 3) Presenting a set of suggested ways to develop the role of educational programs in the local media for their role in enhancing the entrepreneurial skills of the female Palestinian university students. Most Important Recommendations: 1) Work to develop educational programs that are concerned with enhancing entrepreneurial skills such as administrative, technical and personal skills among media students in universities. 2) Spreading the entrepreneurial culture among media students through educational programs, meetings, and workshops that simulate entrepreneurial skills. 3) Paying attention to field training for university students by increasing the number of training hours to improve students' entrepreneurial skills.
