A1 رضوان، رضا أحمد حماد A2 شلدان، فايز كمال A2 الدجني، إياد علي A2 خلف الله، محمود إبراهيم AB The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of the requirements of strategic vigilance and its relationship to crisis management in the intermediate colleges in the southern governorates of Palestine. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The study sample consisted of (229) individuals, and the researcher used a questionnaire to measure the degree of availability of strategic vigilance requirements in the intermediate colleges consisting of (46) paragraphs distributed over five areas, and used another questionnaire to measure the level of crisis management consisting of (21) paragraphs. The statistical SPSS program was used to obtain the results and prove the hypotheses. Among the most important results of the study are the following: 1) The degree of availability of strategic vigilance requirements in the intermediate colleges in the southern governorates of Palestine had a high average and with a relative weight of (77.2%). 2) There are no statistically significant differences to the degree of availability of strategic vigilance requirements in the intermediate colleges in the southern governorates of Palestine due to the variables (gender, age group, educational qualification, job title), while there are differences for the variable (years of service years) in favor of 10 years or more, and there are no differences in the field of community vigilance. 3) The level of crisis management in the intermediate colleges in the southern governorates of Palestine came at a high average, and with a relative weight of (73.4%). 4) There are no significant differences for the level of crisis management in the intermediate colleges in the southern governorates of Palestine attributed to the variables (gender, age group, educational qualification, job title), while there are differences attributable to the variable (years of service) in favor of 10 years or more. 5) There is a positive relationship of statistical significance at the level of 0.05 between the degree of availability of the requirements of strategic vigilance and the level of crisis management in intermediate colleges in the southern governorates of Palestine by (0.689) degree. The most important recommendations of the study are the following: 1) Increasing interest in preparing and organizing specialized training courses and programs in the field of strategic vigilance requirements for administrative and academic personnel characterized by continuity. 2) Working to involve all workers in the intermediate colleges in dealing with crisis management and developing their skills on how to manage crises and act in emergency situations.
