A1 الشمري، إقبال عبيد A2 الحسيني، مشاري AB هدف البحث إلى التعرف على النمط القيادي السائد لدى القيادات الجامعية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت، والكشف عن النمط القيادي السائد داخل جامعة الكويت، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من عينة من اعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية الأساسية بجامعة الكويت موزعة بين الأقسام المختلفة أقسام الدراسات الاجتماعية واللغة العربية والعلوم والرياضيات وعلوم المكتبات والمعلومات والاصول والإدارة التعليمية والمناهج وطرق التدريس وعلم النفس، موزعين على جميع الرتب العلمية أستاذ، أستاذ مشارك، أستاذ مساعد محاضر، وقد إستخدم البحث الإستبانة كآداة لجمع البيانات، وإستخدم المنهج المنهج الوصفى بالأسلوب المسحى نظرا لمناسبته لطبيعة إجراءات هذا البحث، وأشارت نتائج البحث إلى أن النمط الديموقراطى هو النمط السائد بين القيادات الجامعية بجامعة الكويت من وجهة نظر عينة البحث، كما قدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The aim of the research is to identify the prevailing leadership style among university leaders from the viewpoint of faculty members at the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait, and to reveal the dominant leadership style within Kuwait University. The research sample consisted of a sample of faculty members at the College of Basic Education at Kuwait University Distributed among the different departments, it includes all scientific ranks Professor - Associate Professor - Assistant Professor - Lecturer. The research used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, and the descriptive approach was used in the survey method due to its relevance to the nature of the procedures of this research. The results of the research indicated that the democratic pattern is the prevailing pattern among University leaders at Kuwait University from the point of view of the research sample. The research also presented a set of recommendations.
