A1 محمود، خالد صلاح حنفي AB تعد الجامعات البحثية ضرورةٌ ملحةٌ فرضها الواقع العالمي والمتغيرات الدولية والمحلية، وقد انتشرت نماذجها عالمياً على اختلاف مسمياتها، وأشكالها، بهدف الربط بين البحث العلمي من ناحيةٍ وحاجات المجتمع من ناحيةٍ أخرى، فضلاً عن تحقيق عائد مادي يسهم كأحد مصادر التمويل فى الإنفاق على التعليم الجامعي. وقد سعت الدراسة الراهنة من خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي وتحليل الأدب التربوي، والبحوث والدراسات السابقة لتحليل واقع البحث العلمي في مصر، ومشكلاته، وتحليل مفهوم الجامعات البحثية، ونشأتها وتطورها، ودواعي ظهورها، وانتشارها عالمياً، وخصائصها ومقوماتها، وأبرز نماذجها العالمية والعربية، والمحلية، وعوامل نجاحها. واستخدمت الدراسة الراهنة استبانة مع عينة عشوائية مكونة من (860) عضو هيئة تدريس بجامعات القاهرة، والإسكندرية، وطنطا، وأسيوط للتعرف على آرائهم حول التصور المقترح المقترح لتبني الجامعات البحثية في مصر بناءً على تحليل الخبرات العالمية والمحلية، وخلصت الدراسة إلى اتفاق أعضاء هيئة التدريس باختلاف متغيرات الدراسة (الدرجة العلمية، الجنس، التخصص) على الحاجة لإنشاء الجامعات البحثية في مصر، واتفاقهم على عناصر التصور المقترح والذي اشتمل على الفلسفة والأهداف، والمتطلبات، والإدارة الجامعية، والتمويل، وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، كما عرضت الدراسة للمعوقات المحتملة وسبل التغلب عليها. Their models spread over the world according to their shapes to link scientific research, society’s needs, and to achieve financial returns contributing as a source for funding of university education. The present study attempted to use the descriptive method and analyze the educational literature and the previous studies to analyze the reality of scientific research in Egypt, its problems, the concept of research universities, their origin, development, the factors of spreading them, their features, basics, their emergent models, their success factors. The present study used a questionnaire with a sample consisting of (860) teaching staff members at (Cairo, Alexandria, Tanta, and Asyuit) universities to identify their views about the suggested proposal for adopting the research universities based on the analysis of the world and local experiences. The study results revealed the agreement of the members of the sample to the need of establishing new research universities. The present study reached a suggested proposal that included: philosophy, objectives, requirements, university management, funding, and teaching staff members. Moreover, the suggested difficulties of adopting research universities, and how to solve them were discussed.
