A1 مخامرة، كمال خليل AB تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في مديرية التربية والتعليم شمال الخليل للمهارات الناعمة وعلاقتها بالالتزام التنظيمي لدى معلميهم، ومعرفة تأثير متغيرات كل من (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة) على درجة ممارسة المهارات الناعمة ومستوى الالتزام التنظيمي لدى المعلمين. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي المدارس الثانوية البالغ عددهم (742) معلماً إجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية طبقية قوامها (371) معلماً بنسبة 50% من مجتمع الدراسة. استخدم الباحثان استبانة المهارات الناعمة واستبانة الالتزام التنظيمي. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: درجة ممارسة المهارات الناعمة جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة)، ومستوى الالتزام التنظيمي جاء بدرجة (مرتفعة)، مع وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ممارسة المهارات الناعمة ومستوى الالتزام التنظيمي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة المهارات الناعمة تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق لصالح متغيري (المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة). وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة الالتزام التنظيمي تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل وسنوات الخبرة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aimed to identify the degree of practicing the soft skills by government secondary school principals in the Northern Hebron Directorate of Education and its relationship to the organizational commitment of their teachers. It also aimed at knowing the impact of each of the variables (gender, educational qualification, and years of experience) on the degree of practicing soft skills and the level of organizational commitment of teachers. The study was conducted on a random stratified sample. The researchers used the soft skills and the organizational commitment questionnaires. The study showed that the degree of soft skills practice was medium, and the level of organizational commitment was high with a statistically significant positive correlational relationship between the practice of soft skills and the level of organizational commitment. There are statistically significant differences in the subjects’ estimations for the degree of soft skill practice that can be attributed to the gender variable in favor of females while there are no statistically significant differences that can be attributed to the academic qualification and years of experience variables. There are no statistically significant differences in the subjects’ estimations for the degree of the organizational commitment due to gender, qualification and years of experience variables.
