A1 النعيم، رؤيا عبد المنعم إبراهيم AB تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن دور البيئة التعليمية في تنمية المواطنة الرقمية من وجهة نظر المعلمات، وقياس الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين استجابات عينة الدراسة والتي تعزى لمتغيرات (سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي، نوع المدرسة، طبيعة العمل)، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة مكونة من (156) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال الحكومية والأهلية بالمنطقة الشرقية تم اختيارهن بأسلوب العينة المتاحة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى ان الدرجة الكلية لدور البيئة التعليمية في تنمية المواطنة الرقمية للأطفال من وجهة نظر المعلمات جاءت بدرجة كبيرة؛ وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) لدور البيئية التعليمية في تعزيز المواطنة الرقمية لدى الأطفال تعزى لمتغير (سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي، نوع المدرسة)؛ ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) لدور البيئية التعليمية في تعزيز المواطنة الرقمية لدى الأطفال حسب متغير طبيعة العمل حيث كانت مستوى الدلالة لقيمة ت أقل من (0.05)، وجاءت الفروق لصالح معلمات رياض الأطفال. وأوصت الدراسة بعمل برامج للأطفال تدعم لديهم ثقافة المواطنة الرقمية لغرسها فيهم منذ مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة بطرق مشوقة وجذابة؛ تضمين المواطنة الرقمية لأنشطة الطفل اليومية لتدعيم ثقافة الطفل الرقمية؛ تشجيع المعلمات القائمين على تعليم الأطفال، بتنمية المواطنة الرقمية وذلك من خلال إقامة الدورات التدريبية والورش حول إدراج مفهوم المواطنة الرقمية في المناهج التعليمية؛ إجراء المزيد من الدراسات حول المواطنة الرقمية وطرق تنميتها لتكوين جيل رقمي صالح كما تنشده رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030؛ نشر الوعي بين الطلاب في مختلف المراحل بمهارات وقيم المواطنة الرقمية، العمل على تفعيل دور الإذاعة المدرسة وإشراك الطلاب فيها لرفع وعي بأهمية المواطنة الرقمية. The results of the study found that the overall degree of the role of the educational environment in the development of children's digital citizenship from the point of view of female teachers was significant, and that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the role of the educational environment in promoting children's digital citizenship was attributable to the variable (years of experience, scientific qualification, school type), and statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) of the role of the educational environment in promoting children's digital citizenship according to the changing nature of work where the level of indication for the value of t was below (0.05), The differences came in favor of kindergarten teachers. The study recommended that children's programs that support their digital citizenship culture be instilled in them from early childhood in interesting and attractive ways; Include digital citizenship for children's daily activities to foster a digital child culture s education through training courses and workshops on the inclusion of the concept of digital citizenship in educational curricula; To carry out further studies on digital citizenship and ways of developing it to create good digital generation as desired by Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030; Spreading awareness among students at different levels of digital citizenship skills and values Action to activate the school's broadcasting role and engage students to raise awareness of the importance of digital citizenship.
