A1 النداوي، استبرق داود سالم AB This research aims to identify the following: 1) the reading willingness skill to kindergarten children. 2) There is no statistical significance difference between average scores of reading willingness skill of the sample individuals as a whole, and the hypothetical average of the scale. 3) The difference in reading willingness skill to kindergarten children according to gender variable (male & female). 4) There is no statistical significance difference between average scores of reading willingness skill for kindergarten children according to gender variable (male & female). To achieve the research goals, the researcher adopted the test of (alkhafa-2014) for reading willingness skill, as it's consisted of seven skills: visual recognition, audio recognition, audiovisual recognition, optical recognition, audio memory, visual tracking, pronunciation and speaking skill. The researcher applied the test on (100) samples of male and female children from kindergarten, who are present in government kindergarten in the city of Baghdad for the academic year (2017-2018).the researcher has checked standard cytometry properties, that represented in honesty and stability, the honesty was checked by two ways virtual honesty and construction honesty, and the stability was extracted using (Keuder Richardson 20) method, while it has reached to (0.84). According to the research goal, after applying the test on sample individuals and analyzing their responses statistically by using the t-test for two independent samples, person and biserial correlation coefficient, and stability coefficient of (Keuder Richardson 20) and t-test for a single sample; the researcher has reached the following results: 1) kindergarten children from both genders, ages (5-6), they both have reading willingness skill. 2) The boys have less reading willingness skills than the girls.
