This paper limits itself to a sample of (400) male and female students’ study in the of University Dhi Qar for scientific and human studies for the study year 2018 / 2019. Students are chosen randomly according to Proportional Distribution. To achieve the above goal the researcher depends on: Preparing the scale of student engagement in learning, based on the theory of Fredrick’s et al., Which consists of three areas: behavioral anxiety, emotional anxiety, and cognitive anxiety, which is composed of (25) paragraphs in the final form after verifying the characteristics The psychometric of the scale, as honesty was extracted in two ways, namely, the content validity and the validity of the construction, while the reliability was (0.82) in the way of testing and re-testing and (0.75) by the Fakronbach equation. Consistency The researcher has investigated the truth and consistency of both instruments used in the paper analyzing its elements statistically by using a sample of (400) students from Dhi Qar University according to the proportional distribution. After the use of both instruments, it is applied on the final sample. The process is aided by statistical bag of the social sciences (Spss) in processing of data. The paper arrives at the following results and findings: Dhi Qar University students have a busy learning.
