A1 حسن، سعاد سلمان AB The study aimed to know the obstacles to the use of e-learning from the point of view of the faculty members at the University of Maysan, where the current research was limited to the College of Education and Dentistry as they are the latest faculties of the University of Maysan, and they represent the sample of the current research, which amounted to (100) samples with (50) specializations Humanities and (50) scientific majors for the academic year (2018-2019). The researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (30) paragraphs with five alternatives (strongly agree, agree, agree to some extent, disagree, strongly disagree) and the data were processed statistically using averages. Arithmetic, standard deviation, two-sample t-test and Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficients to extract stability. In light of the results, it was concluded that: E-learning is an integrated educational system in the delivery of science and knowledge to learners without being restricted by the restrictions of time and place. The most important recommendations reached by the researcher: 1) Conducting training courses for faculty members to benefit from them in teaching. 2) Work to spread electronic culture among members of society to achieve the largest possible interaction with this type of education. As for the suggestions: 1) Conducting a similar study on other faculties of the University of Maysan. 2) Conducting an empirical study to find out the effectiveness of e-learning with some variables such as achievement and thinking.
