A1 الصيداوي، غسان رشيد عبد الحميد A2 الميداني، شذى فؤاد AB The current study aimed to reveal the reality of the use of e-learning for teachers at the secondary level in the city of Damascus, and a scale has been prepared that includes two axes, namely: importance and obstacles, and was applied to a sample of (439) teachers and schools, and the results revealed the existence of technological capabilities to use a management system e-learning. On the other hand, the results showed that Weak infrastructure for the e-learning management system, such as: (halls, devices, networks ...) there are some obstacles in using the e-learning management system, the most important of which are: Some teachers find it difficult to use the English language while using the net. The researchers recommended that teachers should be trained on how to manage the e-learning system in addition to developing their skills using the English language.
