A1 حسن، مها ماجد A2 سلمان، شروق كاظم AB The current research aims to identify the amnesty and its relation to the moral intelligence of faculty members and to achieve the objectives. A random sample of faculty members at the University of Baghdad was selected (360). The amnesty scale was built according to the developmental psychological model. And using the measure of moral intelligence prepared by (Shammari, 2007), which included in its final (62) paragraph, and when analyzing the data indicated the results to: 1) The faculty members have amnesty. 2) The members of the faculty have moral intelligence. 3) There is a single forecast or a community of predictions of moral intelligence can predict the cognitive side of the pardon of the members of the faculty is (respect, tolerance). 4) There is a single news or a community of predictions of moral intelligence can predict the emotional side of the amnesty of the members of the faculty is (tolerance, respect). 5) There is a single news or a community of predictions of moral intelligence can predict the behavioral side of the amnesty of the members of the faculty is (conscience, tolerance, justice). In the light of the results reached in the current research, a number of recommendations and proposals were made.
