A1 الرحمن، علا عبد العزيز فضل AB The study aimed to identify the obstacles to distance learning with organizational communication, the social system and learning and differences in estimating these obstacles according to gender and grade. The study was conducted on a sample of (383) parents who applied a questionnaire on obstacles to distance learning prepared by the researcher. The study revealed that the degree of consent of the sample members to the obstacles to organizational communication, social system and education is moderate, with some items on which the degree of approval was high. There were differences in estimating barriers to distance learning according to gender in favor of females and differences according to the academic grade were found in the organizational communication dimension only in the direction of the first grade and no differences appeared between the rest of the grades, and in light of this the study presented a set of recommendations.
