A1 العنزي، عبله حمد A2 الجاسم، فاطمة أحمد AB يهدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على واقع تطبيق استخدام استراتيجية إدارة المواهب لدى مديري ومشرفي المدارس، وكشف التباين في استخدام استراتيجية ادارة المواهب وفقا لمتغيرات الوظيفة والنوع الاجتماعي وسنوات الخبرة ونوع المدرسة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة البحث من بعض مدراء ومدراء مساعدون، ومشرفين مدارس في مراحل تعليمية مختلفة، حيث بلغ عددهم (110) وجمعت البيانات عن طريق استبيان من اعداد الباحثة، وأظهرت النتائج أن استخدام استراتيجية ادارة المواهب متحقق، كما بينت النتائج وجود تباين في درجة تحقق استخدام استراتيجية ادارة المواهب تعزي لمتغيرات: النوع الاجتماعي، سنوات الخبرة، ونوع المدرسة، وقد خلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من التوصيات منها تطوير قدرات وامكانيات المدراء من خلال الدورات والمؤتمرات للتعرف على كل جديد في مجال إدارة المواهب. (ملخص المؤلف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The current research aims to identify the reality of applying the use of talent management strategy among school principals and supervisors, and to reveal the discrepancy in the use of talent management strategy according to job variables, gender, years of experience and school type. The descriptive curriculum was used, and the research sample consisted of some managers, assistant managers, and school supervisors at different educational stages, where their number reached (110). The data was collected through a questionnaire prepared by the researcher, and the results showed that the use of the talent management strategy was achieved, and the results showed a discrepancy in the degree to which the use of the talent management strategy was achieved due to the following variables: gender, years of experience, and school type. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, including developing the capabilities and capabilities of managers through courses and conferences to learn about everything new in the field of talent management.
