A1 فتح الله، أميرة محمد ذكي AB هدف البحث الحالي إلى إعداد وحدة في كيمياء الغذاء والتعرف على فاعليتها في تنمية بعض المفاهيم العلمية والوعي الغذائي لدى تلاميذ الصف السادس الابتدائي، وقد تم إعداد الوحدة المقترحة بعنوان "كيمياء الغذاء" في ضوء التعلم القائم على السياق ووفقا لاحتياجات المتعلمين في تلك المرحلة، وإعداد كتاب التلميذ ودليل المعلم لتدريسها وأداتي البحث (اختبار المفاهيم العلمية - مقياس الوعي الغذائي)، وتم تطبيق الوحدة على مجموعة قوامها (24) من تلاميذ الصف السادس الابتدائي في الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الدراسي 2020-2021م وتوصل البحث إلى فاعلية الوحدة المقترحة في تنمية المفاهيم العلمية والوعي الغذائي لدى مجموعة البحث. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The present study aimed at preparing a suggested unit in food chemistry and investigating its effectiveness in developing some scientific concepts and food awareness among the sixth-grade primary stage pupils. The suggested unit was entitled "Food Chemistry" and has been developed in the light of context-based instruction and the learners' needs at this stage. A pupil book, a teacher's handbook and two research instruments (Scientific Concepts Test - Food Awareness Scale) have been developed. The unit was taught to a sample of 24 sixth-grade primary stage pupils in the second school semester 2020-2021. The results revealed that the suggested unit was effective in developing some scientific concepts and food awareness among the study sample.
