A1 أبو السعود، ألاء أحمد AB This study aimed to identify the impact of teacher training on the national standards of the teaching profession on their job performance from the teachers' point of view. And to identify the significance of the differences between the responses of the study sample in the level of effectiveness of teacher training on the national standards of the teaching profession that are attributed to the variables of demographic factors, gender and experience. The study sample consisted of (100) male and female teachers in public schools affiliated with the Directorate of Education in al Muaqar, Jordan, and the study tool was represented by a questionnaire that consisted of (25) items representing the benefits of training on national standards. It came with a high degree from the point of view of the study sample, and the results showed that there were no significant differences attributed to the gender factor and experience in determining the effectiveness of training on the job performance of teachers, as the level of statistical significance is greater than 0.05, and therefore it is not statistically significant. The study recommended a set of recommendations, including activating the teacher training platform more by providing a set of training programs for teachers so that teachers can train at any time without temporal and spatial obstacles to reflect on their professional and job performance.
