A1 الزيدات، لبنى مصباح عبد المهدي AB The current research aims to identify the reality of learning and vocational training for secondary school students. The researcher used the descriptive approach, where a questionnaire was designed as a tool for data collection, and the research sample consisted of (112) male and female teachers in Amman governorate schools, and they were chosen in the available way. The results indicated a (high) level and reality of learning and vocational training for school students at the secondary level, and the field (attitudes towards vocational and technical education and training) ranked first with a high degree, followed by the field (providing job opportunities) in the second place with a high degree, followed by the field (curriculum and programs school) ranked third with an medium degree. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences (α=0.05) due to the effect of the gender variable on the reality of learning and vocational training for secondary school students.
