A1 الموسى، رأفت حسين AB The current research aims to identify the degree to which school principals practice the principles of administrative empowerment from their point of view in government schools affiliated to Jerash Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive approach, where a questionnaire was designed as a tool for data collection and the research sample consisted of (63) male and female director in the schools of Jerash Governorate, and they were selected in the available way. The results indicated a (high) level of the degree to which school principals practice the principles of administrative empowerment from their point of view in the government schools affiliated to Jerash Governorate. The field (motivation) ranked first with a high degree, followed by the field (authorization) with a high degree, followed by the field (professional growth) ranked third with a high degree. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences (α=0.05) due to the effect of the variables of gender and years of experience in the degree to which school principals practice the principles of administrative empowerment from their point of view in government schools affiliated to Jerash Governorate.
