A1 بني مصطفى، مثنى علي أحمد AB This study aimed at the extent to which the educational supervisor's brightening, professional and personal competencies are employed from the educational supervisors' point of view in raising Jerash. The study showed that educational supervisors in Jerash education employ high brightening, professional and personal competencies in general with an arithmetic mean (4.123) and a standard deviation (0.88), and the highest competencies came to have the personal competencies with an arithmetic mean (4.26) and a standard deviation (0.593), and the study showed no difference. In the viewpoints among the respondents, about the extent to which the educational supervisor’s bright, professional and personal competencies are employed in raising Jerash due to the variable of gender, educational qualification or years of experience. The study recommended the need to develop supervisory capabilities by applying modern methods learned from the trends and experiences of universities and international research centers and the experiences of developed countries, which have proven effective in the field of educational supervision in schools.
