The results revealed that the arithmetic mean of the role of effective educational leadership in following up the academic achievement of students in basic classes through e-learning platforms from the teachers’ point of view of the first Zarqa Directorate of Education reached (2.45) with a standard deviation of (0.57) at a medium degree, and that all fields came at a medium degree, And that all fields came to a medium degree, and this, although not high, has justifications and reasons for it, but most importantly, the grave harm that undoubtedly occurred to our children, school students, and its negative repercussions on the level of their achievement, which requires the educational authorities in Jordan to think seriously about Develop this pattern and find plans and strategies for emergency times.
