A1 بني موسى، كايد فواز أحمد AB This study aimed to identify the difficulties facing the Jordanian family in using e-learning from the point of view of teachers in Jerash Governorate, and the differences in the difficulties facing the Jordanian family in using e-learning from the point of view of school principals and educational supervisors according to the variable of gender or experience. The study sample consisted of (348) male and female teachers, supervisors and supervisors in government schools affiliated with the Directorate of Education Jerash, Jordan. The study tool was represented by a questionnaire consisting of (26) items distributed over two domains (difficulties related to parents, and difficulties related to students), and the results showed that the level of difficulties. The results that the family faces in e-learning were high on all areas of the questionnaire from the point of view of the study sample, and the results showed that there were no significant differences due to the experience factor in determining the difficulties that parents and children face in using e-learning as the level of statistical significance is greater than 0.05 and therefore they are not statistically significant. The study recommended a set of recommendations, including preparing a digital guide to help the family in using e-learning, intensifying efforts from educational institutions to spread the culture of e-learning, and the need to support Jordanian families to overcome these difficulties.
