A1 الفيومي، لينا محمود محمد AB This study aimed to determine the degree of availability of organizational justice for school administration according to the comprehensive quality standards from the point of view of the Giza district teachers. The viewpoint of the teachers of the Giza Brigade, and it showed that the degree of organizational justice for school administration according to the comprehensive quality standards from the viewpoint of the Giza District teachers came to a medium degree for all areas of the research tool. And that the degree of organizational justice of the school administration according to the comprehensive quality standards from the point of view of the teachers of the Giza district, according to gender, came in favor of males. The study recommended the necessity of holding training courses for school administrations to present the concepts of organizational justice in order to achieve the desired overall quality in public education more, and the need for all education directorates in the Kingdom to follow up on their affiliated schools in order to implement organizational justice systems and its foundations in these schools in order to improve the educational system.
