A1 علي، هنية محمود A2 عيد، أسماء محمد AB هدف البحث إلى التعرف على المخططات المعرفية اللاتكيفية ومفهومها وأهدافها وإعداد برنامج قائم على التنمية المهنية المستدامة لخفض المخططات المعرفية اللاتكيفية لمعلمة الروضة، وتكونت عينة البحث من (26) معلمة واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس المخططات المعرفية اللاتكيفية إعداد محمد السيد عبد ارحمن ومحمد أحمد إبراهيم (2014)، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن هناك فروقاً دالة بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي (لمعلمات) لصالح القياس البعدي في أبعاد المقياس، مما يعني وجود أثر للبرنامج التدريبي على أبعاد مقياس المخططات المعرفية اللاتكيفية للمعلمات وبصورة أكثر في أبعاد عدم الثقة/ الإساءة، العزلة الاجتماعية/ الوحدة، العيب/ العار، الفشل، الاتكالية/ الاعتماد، الإذعان أو الانقياد، التضحية بالذات، المعايير الصارمة/ النفاق. The results of the research found that there are significant differences between the pre and post measurements (for parameters) in favor of telemetry in the dimensions of the scale, which means there is an effect of the training program on the dimensions of the scale of adaptive cognitive schemes of parameters and more in the dimensions of Confidence/ abuse, social isolation/ unity, disadvantage/ shame, failure, dependency/ dependence, acquiescence, self-sacrifice, strict standards/ hypocrisy.
