A1 الجغوبي، سلمى محمد A2 الحريص، نورة الحميدي AB This study aimed to demonstrate the degree of organizational culture practice prevailing in Majmaah University and to reveal the sources on which Majmaah University de-pends in shaping its own organizational culture. It aimed also to demonstrate the relationship between the dimensions of or-ganizational culture and elements of overall quality at Majmaah University and to identi-fy the aspects of organizational culture and its supporting elements for the attitudes of achieving the overall quality dimensions in Majmaah University، as well as to know whether there are statistically signifcant differences at the level of signifcance (0.05) or less in the degree of practicing organiza-tional culture from the view of the employ-ees on the quality departments at Majmaah University due to the study variables (gen-der، rank، experience). To achieve these goals، we used the de-scriptive survey method، and the question-naire was used as a tool to achieve the study goals. The study community consisted of offcials at the quality departments at Majmaah University during the period (1441 AH - 1442 AH). The results demonstrated that study sample’s agreement came to an (agree) level on the degree of infuence of organizational culture in achieving competitive advantage through total quality، organizational expec-tations and organizational norms. In addition، there were no statistically signifcant differences at the level (0،05) and less in the study sample’s responses on these three axis.
