A1 بوعبد الله، لحسن A2 خرباش، هدى A2 حمودي، أسماء AB This study presents the results of three researches treating the problem of the formation of both the psychological and the speech therapist in the field of work: In the first study, a questionnaire was directed to a sample of 75 practicing psychologists, in the second study 4 interviews were conducted with practicing speech therapist As for the third study, a questionnaire was applied to a sample of 22 practicing speech therapist. The results of the three studies were combined to the inability of university’s formation to make a psychologist and speech therapist who can meet the requirements of working life correctly. This calls for a review of the current university training system.
