It creates the following partial questions: Is there a correlation between the pressures resulting from the nature of work and family stability? Is there a correlation between the pressures resulting from the working environment and family stability? Is there a correlation between the pressures resulting from multiple roles and family stability? In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher applied a measure of occupational pressure and family stability, and the researcher used the SPSS system as a statistical method of processing the data and then tested the following statistical methods: Duplicates, percentages, arithmetic averages, standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficient. The study summarized the following results: 1) There is a correlation between the pressures resulting from the nature of work and family stability. 2) There is a correlation between the pressures resulting from the working environment and family stability. 3) There is a correlation between the pressures resulting from multiple roles and family stability.
