A1 المتولي، محمد عبد القادر AB This research sought to identify the effectiveness of mindfulness - based program in reducing test anxiety and enhancing academic self-efficacy among sample of education college students. . The sample of the research consisted of 40highachievement student. They were randomly divided into an experimental group of 20 subjects, and a control group of 20 subjects. The researcher used five tools: facet mindfulness questionnaire, quiz, an academic self-efficacy scale, and a program based on mindfulness. Results of the research indicates that the program resulted in improving the skills of mindfulness among high- achievement students. It also had the effect of reducing test anxiety and enhancing academic self-efficacy. The second sample maintained its improvement during the following up.
