A1 الحضيف، فهد صالح A2 المسيطير، مشاعل سليمان AB The study aimed to identify the reality of the educational role of mothers' councils, its obstacles, and suggestions for its development from the point of view of special education female teachers in Qassim Region schools. The study used the survey descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The study sample consisted of (142) special education teachers in Qassim Educational Region. The most important results are as follows: the degree of approval of the study sample on the reality of the educational role of mothers’ councils was intermediate, with an average of (3,151) .It was also found that the degree of approval of the study sample on obstacles to the educational role of mothers’ councils was also intermediate, with an average of (3.338) .It was found that the degree of approval of the study sample on the suggestions to develop the educational role of mothers' councils was high, with an average score (4,107) .The study ended with a number of recommendations and suggestions.
