A1 موسى، هاني إبراهيم أحمد A2 محمد، خلف الديب عثمان AB The aim of the research is to develop a proposed training framework for teachers of Arabic and English as a foreign language in light of the teaching skills of both languages in the twenty-first century and two models of integrating content and education with technology (TPACK & TIM Models). To achieve this purpose, the researchers prepared a list of the twenty-first century skills, the associated linguistic learning outcomes and the necessary teaching skills required to achieve these outcomes. On the other hand, the researchers also applied both quantitative and qualitative means to determine the training needs of teachers from the teaching skills included in the list. First, a teaching situations test was constructed and administered to 57 teachers of the two languages. The participants’ standard score values for their scores on the test and the cutoff values for each skill were calculated. Second, Zoom application was used to hold interviews with some participants to verify the data obtained from the quantitative analysis, and thus a final list of these needs was drawn up. Based on this, the researchers prepared a training model for teacher training grounded on the skills of the twenty-first century and the associated skills needed to teach the two languages and in light of the integration of the two models (TPACK & TIM Models). Finally, and based on the aforementioned steps, a general training framework for teachers of the two languages was developed.
