A1 يوسف، عبد التواب سيد عيسى AB The current study aims to define the conceptual framework for dialogue skills for an adult literacy teacher, to identify the reality of dialogue skills for an adult literacy teacher, and to introduce a proposed vision for activating the mechanisms of dialogue skills for an adult literacy teacher at the General Authority for Adults literacy in Giza. The current study uses the descriptive approach for the theoretical aspect, then proceeding to a proposed vision to determine the current state of dialogue skills of an adult literacy teacher in Giza. The study sample consists of the adult literacy teachers (General Authority for Adult Education - in Giza Governorate), and it was chosen by a stratified random method, The current study concluded to the following results: The results of the questionnaire submitted to the students agreed with the results of the interview form for the officials that there is satisfaction concerning the dialogue skills by most of the teachers who teach at the Adult Education Center. The skills of dialogue are represented in: the teacher is afraid of the criticism of the students during the dialogue, the lack of knowledge of the teacher with the specialization required to be learned during the dialogue, the teacher uses vague phrases are interpreted in different ways.
