The results showed significant difference between the two groups of students Syrians excelling in running 100 meter, flexibility, and strength of hand muscles. However, there were no significant difference in push-ups and sit-ups. In semi structured interviews both groups of students mentioned that at school there was only one lesson of physical education per a week, lake of organized activities by physical education teachers, there was limited equipment and a high number of students in the class resulted in less time and opportunity.
